Our Policies

Fulfillment Policy

Cancellation Policy: There is no fee to reschedule to a different class date. Advance notice is required.

Refund Policy: There is a $25 service charge to cancel a class and receive a refund. There are no refunds after any portion of a class is attended, even if the participant does not complete the class or if the participant is denied a license by the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS).
