Live Scan Fingerprinting Billing Accounts

If your organization averages 10 or more applicants per month for fingerprinting services, LPG Live Scan can set up a billing account for you. A rolling fee of $30.00 per Live Scan, along with any applicable government (DOJ/FBI) background processing fees, will be billed monthly. To apply for a fingerprinting billing account, please email us or call (510) 836-6011. After your application is reviewed and approved, we will email you a custom Billing Account Fingerprinting Referral form. You will then need to send your employees or volunteers with the completed Request for Live Scan Service form, valid ID, and the LPG Live Scan Billing Account Fingerprinting Referral form.

Live Scan Fingerprinting Gift Cards/Certificates

If LPG Live Scan’s billing account program does not fit your needs, but you still want to pay for your applicants' fingerprinting, Gift Cards/Certificates may be an ideal solution. A Gift Card/Certificate can be purchased online to cover our $30 rolling fee, plus any applicable government (DOJ/FBI) background processing fees.

Gift Cards/Certificates can be purchased using a credit/debit card, ACH, or a company check. Gift Cards/Certificates do not expire and can be purchased in any denomination.
