Important: A replacement training completion certificate is a duplicate of the original paper certificate issued upon course completion. It is not a license or permit replacement. Replacement licenses or permits must be ordered through the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) online licensing system.

Eligibility & Refund Policy

We only have access to training certificates for students who successfully completed their training with The Loss Prevention Group, Inc. (LPG) based in Oakland, CA.

If you submit an order for a certificate that we do not have access to (for example, if your training was completed with another company), a $25 refund will be issued, which reflects a $5 processing/administrative fee. Refunds are typically issued within 7–10 business days.
